What Is Playing On My I-Pod

I want to introduce a new feature to the Preaching Today blog. We will share what we are are listening to on our -I-Pods. This will introduce people to new things they can listen to as well. We will give links or embed the programs right here on the blog.

For all the Preaching Today blog team, share what you are listening to as well. I also encourage the readers of the blog to share what you are listening to in the comment section.

I will start today with what is playing on my I-Pod now:

For centuries the book of Psalms has informed, directed, and inspired the worship of God’s people. Without minimizing the struggles of living in a fallen world, this book exudes a confident trust in the God who is good and rules over all.

These twelve songs have emerged from those ancient poems and prayers. Our aim is to offer fresh interpretations of individual psalms, especially in light of the crucified and risen Savior to whom they point.

What have I been listening to on my iPod...well...this week was the Dividing Line week. You can go to www.aomin.org to hookup with Dr James White's Dividing Line podcast. He's been reviewing some interesting talks/lessons taught by Dr William Lane Craig and has been showing that Dr Lane is really a closet Catholic.

Also been listening to Paul Washer's series called "Clothed in Christ." Very excellent! You can get his sermons on sermonaudio and also at his website; http://www.heartcrymissionary.com/resources/sermons

Now I'll be catching up on the latest White Horse Inn podcasts found at http://www.whitehorseinn.org/

THat's all for now...I also regularly listen to Dr R.C. Sproul on his podcast. Others to consider if you like a mix of theology and music would be Michael Card's podcast.
