Does "All" Always Mean All?

Exegesis is important...context is everything. This video clip is great! If you are Arminian...or, for those of you who say "I'm not Arminian or Calvinist...I just believe the Bible!", if you believe that Jesus Christ paid for the sins of all men (universal atonement), I want you to really listen to this clip.

Folks, it is weak exegesis to say "All means all...and that's all all means!" This clip is specifically talking about 2 Peter 3:9...listen and feel free to comment.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
